Toddlers
The toddler stage is crucial in a child's life. Everything that happens to the toddler is meaningful. One primary task for the toddler is to learn to be independent. That is why toddlers want to do things for themselves, have ideas about how things should happen, and use "NO" many times daily.
At Purple Willows, we have a good selection of equipment that helps develop children's interest in and knowledge of the world around them. In our environment, a group of children plays together, and we focus more on supporting children in building their friendships.
Toddlers bursting with energy and ideas need to explore an environment that is safe for them and become independent, and this is exactly what we do at our nursery to ensure that children can study in an environment that is safe for them and become independent.
We give the children enough time to say what they want and provide the resources that encourage them to communicate. Our environment has more challenging activities that help children explore and get involved in physical activities.
Key principles
The program's holistic approach ensures that each toddler receives the support and encouragement needed to navigate this crucial stage of development successfully.
Cognitive Stimulation
Purposeful activities are incorporated into the curriculum to stimulate cognitive development. Toddlers engage in age-appropriate challenges that encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and the exploration of early learning concepts.
Parental Partnership
We believe in building strong partnerships with parents. Transparent communication channels ensure that parents are well-informed about their toddler's daily experiences, and we encourage parents to actively participate in their child's learning journey.
Multi-Sensory Experiences
Toddlers are exposed to a variety of multi-sensory experiences to enhance their sensory development. These activities include exploring different textures, sounds, and materials to stimulate their senses and promote holistic development.
